Placing an Order

Once you have added all items to your shopping bag, you may then select the shopping bag to review your order. Here, you will have the opportunity to change quantities, or return to the product pages. Then you may continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Prices displayed on the website

All prices on our site are displayed in Canadian currency. Charges will be processed in Canadian currency, and will be applied to your bill.

Product prices exclude any applicable shipping cost, taxes, customs and duties.

Checking Out

1. Sign in as an Existing Customer, create a New Customer account, or checkout as a Guest.
2. Fill in your shipping details. You must provide a shipping destination. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
3. If you select ‘Pickup from Store’ the product will be held at the Westpoint Optical location at 5885 Rodeo Drive – Unit 4, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada L5R 4C1
4. Select your preferred shipping method. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
5. Enter your billing address, or select “Use my Shipping Address” if the addresses are the same. Proceed by clicking “Continue”.
6. Fill in your payment details.
7. For contact lens orders, you also have the option to subscribe to periodic shipments. This option is only available for Customers and not Guests.
8. To submit your order you must agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on “Place Order”. You may review your order details within the “Order Summary” view.
9. Your order number and the email address to which your order confirmation was sent will then be displayed, along with your order details.
10. If you initially opted to check out as a Guest user, you will then have the option to create an account and save your order details, or continue without creating an account.

You must have reached the age of majority in order to make purchases from this website.

Methods of Payment

Payments are accepted in multiple ways as listed on the website, kindly choose your preferred option to process the payment. Your method of payment cannot be changed after your order has been placed.

Billing

All orders are subject to security verification. Your billing name, address, and phone number must match the information that appears on your credit card statement, failing which, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Taxes

Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province of Ontario.

Duties & Customs

Any applicable duties and customs payments ae entirely your responsibility and these may not be accurately captured on the website at the time of checkout. Westpoint Optical cannot be held liable for any delays due to processing of duties and customs by the buyer.

Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

After an order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items, or change the address the order is being shipped to. For further assistance, or to cancel your online order, please contact us at info@westpointoptical.ca or at 1-289-327-3443. We start to process orders immediately so we may be unable to make any changes.
